Prerequisites: Before creating a campaign, ensure that required providers are integrated and Data Sources are configured to fetch the campaign audience.
In the left navigation pane, under Campaigns, click on Cohorts and then click on Create Cohort.
In the Choose your Data Source modal, Add your database from which the cohort data should be fetched.
In the My Integration Accounts section, you can select cohorts added in integration accounts.
In the Users section, you can upload a CSV file containing user details to efficiently create a cohort.
